What Am I Looking At Here?

This site is all about the truth behind fitness. Whether your aim is to

  1. Build muscle
  2. Lose fat
  3. Increase strength/performance
  4. Improve your health
  5. Attract girls/guys
  6. Or any combination of these

Whatever your goal is, you need to have some sort of method to be able to achieve it. If you don’t have a method then you’re taking a shot in the dark – and you’re pretty unlikely to hit the target.

A method will be your blueprint – your guide to what works and what doesn’t.

This site is full of different methods for all the goals listed. All methods are tried and tested, so no bullshit can creep it’s way onto this site.

What Should I Know Before I Begin?

Thanks to hundreds of online ‘fitness gurus’ trying to make a quick buck, there has been thousands of advertisements plastered all over the web claiming that their product can make you gain huge amounts of muscle/lose huge amounts of fat in a ridiculously small time period, etc…

So much of this is going on, that many people now have a head full of unreal expectations and ridiculous assumptions when it comes to health and fitness (gee thanks guys…).

If you think your brain might have been polluted by these highly appealing but very misleading advertisements, then take a look at my page, Unrealistic Goals & Expectations. Actually, even if you think you’re on the straight and narrow, still go check it out.

Once your completely unrealistic expectations have been thoroughly stamped out, you can begin to write down some real goals that will produce real results.

Why Did You Make This Site?

I created this website because I was tired of visiting forum after forum and seeing the same uneducated morons giving the same deluded advice over and over again.

About 90% of the information suggested on the majority of health/fitness forums comes from a bunch of ‘armchair experts’ who dabble mostly in urban legends and anecdotal evidence, and as a result is of use to pretty much no one.

The worst thing is, some people read this awful advice and believe they can actually get something positive from it, put it into practice, get little to no results, and then wonder why the hell they aren’t getting any closer to their goals.

Cue the feelings of discontent and melancholy.

Some (most) of you will have no doubt experienced this situation already and know how demotivating it can be – even to the point of throwing in the towel altogether.

Now it is time to take a different path.

Let me explain…

When the majority of people post a question in a forum, they are usually looking for one thing…

…a correct answer to their question.

Obvious isn’t it?

What they usually get is a lot of invalid opinions from inexperienced posters, and a thread that slowly goes off topic to a subject that has nothing to do with the original poster’s question.

This website is the answer to your question.
